How long does delivery take?
We offer Express Delivery within 24 to 48 hours in the Twin Cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi). For other major cities across Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, etc.), standard shipping takes 3 to 5 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can go to our “Track Order” page, enter your Order ID, and see the live status of your shipment.
Do your products come with an official warranty?
Yes, 100% of our products are brand new, original, and come with the official manufacturer’s brand warranty. The warranty card is included inside the product packaging and can be claimed at any official brand service center across Pakistan.
Are all the electronics on your website genuine?
Absolutely. We are official authorized dealers for all major brands listed on our website, including Haier, Gree, Dawlance, Samsung, and TCL. We strictly sell 100% genuine products with official box packing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please ensure the product remains unused and the original brand packaging/tags are completely intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders, Direct Bank Transfers, and secure Credit/Debit card payments at checkout.
Do you offer installment (EMI) plans?
Currently, we do not process custom installment plans directly through our website. However, if you pay using selected bank credit cards, you may convert your purchase into easy monthly installments through your bank’s helpline.
